There are three basic eligibility requirements that a person must meet: age, an EPD waiver and low to moderate incomes. Even if you currently live in a rehab or nursing home now, you may still qualify.
1. You must be at least 60 years old.
2. Possess DC Medicaid
3. Possess the EPD Waiver - Department of Aging and Community Living
4. Income of at least $500/month via Social Security
