Market rent is $1,471 or $1,551 however; it is adjusted based on your income. The EPD Waiver does NOT cover your rent. If you make less than the rental amount, you’ll receive a stipend. Minimum income is at least $500-600 per month via Social Security

Yes, you can opt to use our doctors as your Primary Care or as an alternative. We also offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, & Speech Therapy.
Yes, traditional visiting hours are 8:00am-10:00pm and you can have up to 10 overnight guests per year (anything additional requires approval from the Executive Director).
While we do have gated parking, it is not designated or guaranteed as that is where staff park. There is street parking available.
Yes, if you make less than what the rental amount is, majority of your income is contributed to the rent however, you will receive a monthly stipend.
